Refund policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase from Lissy's Closet. If you change your mind, you will be able to return any FULL priced item/s for a STORE CREDIT, subject to the following conditions: 

- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We suggest that all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our time frame.

- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with all their original tags completely attached and not tampered with, free of any spray tan, make up or odours / scents. 

Once we have received and inspected your return and all the above guidelines have been met we will issue you with a store credit which is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. We do not credit return postage to our warehouse.  

Please note: All sale items from our sale collection are tagged as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for a return or exchange whatsoever. Please note that all items marked down or reduced in any flash sale 20% or more in price are classified as "Final sale". However, faulty items deemed faulty by our returns department, can be returned once our customer service team have been notified.  If you believe your item may be faulty, please contact customer service at lissysclosetonline@yahoo.com.au prior to sending your items back. 

- Gift Cards – Gift Cards can not be returned or exchanged for cash and are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

-Existing Instore Gift Cards & Credit Notes - Any existing valid gift cards and credit notes purchased in store at Lissy's Closet will be honored online, please reach out and email lissysclosetonline@yahoo.com.au so that we can issue you with a new gift card code to be used online. Keep in mind that Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from date of purchase and Credit Notes are valid for 6 months from issue date. 

Please note due to fast turn around times on stock we do not normally offer exchanges, you will be provided with a store credit via email to re order your required size/alternate item/s.
