Shipping policy

 

We are an Australian Based Online Store 

  • We offer speedy shipping on all orders placed and picked by our warehouse staff before 12pm week days (Excluding Weekends & Public Holidays) 
  • Please allow 1-5 days to receive your product/s either by express shipping or regular parcel post.
  • All parcels are shipped via Australia Post and tracking will be provided for your convenience. 
  • We offer Standard Shipping (2-8 Business days) for $10 and offer Express Shipping (1-3 business days) for $14.95
  • We also offer a Click n Collect service for all Local Customers within the post code 4570 (Gympie, QLD). Simply Collect from our pick up location in the heart of Mary Street, Gympie. 
  • Please make sure your address details are current and up to date as Lissy's Closet will not take responsibility for incorrect address details resulting in missing parcels. 
  • Return Shipping to us by you will be at your expense, we recommend sending your return with tracking as we cannot offer a credit for any items lost in transit. 
  • We also accept local returns back to our pick up location in Mary Street if your item/s are incorrect size and fit. We will do our best to make this process as smooth and efficient.
